It is a truth universally acknowledged that a rainy day becomes much cheerier when one is in possession of a turquoise umbrella.

Prayer Request

A dear blogging friend of mine and her family have just lost a wife/mother.

My heart aches for the family at their time of loss. Please keep them in your prayers. <3

The Unclouded Day
There is coming a day when no heartaches shall come
No more clouds in the sky, no more tears to dim the eye
All is peace forever more on that happy golden shore,
What a day, glorious day that will be.

What a day that will be when my Jesus I shall see,
And I look upon His face, the One who saved me by His grace;
When He takes my by the hand and leads me through the Promised Land,
What a day, glorious day that will be!

There'll be no sorrow there, no more burdens to bear
No more sickness, no pain, no more parting over there,
And forever I will be with the One who died for me,
What a day, glorious day that will be.

What a day that will be when my Jesus I shall see,
And I look upon His face, the One who saved me by His grace;
When He takes me by the hand and leads me through the Promised Land,
What a day, glorious day, that will be!

My heart is broken for them too...
I am very close to Emily and her family. Ms. Molly was such a dear friend to us all.
But, it gives me peace knowing that she is Heaven with Jesus--her tears are bottled, her cancer is gone completely! :)

This is such a sweet post, Erin...definitely very thoughtful, and I know that Emily appreciates it very much!

Much <3 in Christ,
Moriah

Thank you, Moriah. I can't begin to understand the pain the family is going through at her loss and y'all have my continued prayers. It sounds as though she was a true blessing to know and I know that it is a great comfort to realize that she is in no more pain and is with Jesus forever now. That is indeed a wonderful thing!

Love and prayers,
~Erin
