It is a truth universally acknowledged that a rainy day becomes much cheerier when one is in possession of a turquoise umbrella.

*Drum Roll*

Hello Bloggity-blog friends! *cough* Guess whose little siblings like "Wow, Wow, Wubzy!"? :P

I wanted to share a new blog on the block with you...actually, it's my new blog on the block. A photography blog. Which I spontaneously decided to create this morning. Which would explain the 'bugs' in the design. I know, I know. Poor li'l newborn blog, only several hours old, and its creator already revealing it to the critical eyes of the public. *hangs head* Before you report me to PETB (People for the Ethical Treatment of Blogs...I'm sure you've heard of it before?), let me hasten to add that I have tried to make it as presentable as possible and even gave it a cute li'l name...that name being...*drum roll*....

Yes, yes, a stroke of genius being as I live in the South (Dixie) and it's a photography blog (therefore involving pixels) and--I'll stop since you intelligent people are probably yawning at my explanation. :) So in conclusion, if you can ignore the flaws of a work in progress, I would appreciate if you'd pop into my new photography blog, Dixie Pixels, and let me know what you think!

:) Thank you, Skyler...my "baby" and I appreciate it! LOL! ;D

Wow, Wow, Hannah...you, too?! :D Coincidentally *lowers voice to a whisper*, so do I. There, it's out. lol

Thank you, Bailey...I would love to say that I came up with it off the top of my head, but I've had it floating around in the noggin for awhile. :) lol No Wubzy?? Dear, you've been deprived! ;P

Yes, I quite agree with you, Flop! ;) I also think that it's one of the cutest and fun words to say. Elisabeth and I once even named a kitten "Dixie" and then I could go around saying it as much as I liked. :) *hugs*
